Contact Form

The Contact Form block is a built-in, ready-to-use message form. No Umbraco Forms package required. Submissions are sent to the email address configured in the site's settings.

Need more than a basic form?

For multi-field forms, file uploads or workflows, use the Umbraco Form block instead.

Property	Description
Message Sent Text	The text shown after the form has been submitted successfully.
Submit Button Palette	The style of the submit button, chosen from the theme's button variants.

Settings

The Contact Form block has no settings of its own. It uses the shared common settings and the column span chosen in the grid.
